Stylux Design & Construction - Home Renovation

Ray and Aida redesigned and renovated two floors of our 100 year old house. They took everything down to the studs and the end result was fantastic. Despite challenges with permitting and old building ‘surprises’ they completed the project for the price quoted. All of the Stylux staff and contractors were polite and cheerful. Most importantly they always came when they said they would, followed through on commitments, and kept the project on schedule.

Aida and Ray guided us through a complete renovation of the main floor and basement of our over 100 year old house. It was a challenging renovation, given the age of the home, the need for permits and onset of the pandemic three quarters of the way through the work. Aida and Ray worked with us through the whole process and their advice and guidance were invaluable. The quality of the work is fantastic, all of the subcontractors and workers were very professional, and we are thrilled with the end result. Once we are ready to tackle the rest of our house, we won’t hesitate to ask Ray and Aida for help!

Aida is an exceptional and talented designer. She created a beautifully decorated home for my family which reflects our style in a way we would never have imagined. She understands design from the ground up and is extremely creative. She is a pleasure to work with and was able to incorporate everything we wanted in our newly designed home. We are extremely happy to have had the pleasure of working with Aida. She is someone I can recommend with complete confidence.

We were very pleased with the results of the renovation done by Ray and Aida. The design and selection of materials was perfect. Ray recommended a few of changes which substantially improved the final design. The workers always arrived when they said they would. They were polite, kept the space tidy, and were very respectful. The project came in on budget.
