Joel at Primetop Decks is attentive, professional, patient, detailed and honest! He answers in a timely manner, very polite and respectful in his replies, does not pressure you, provides you with a detailed drawing of your plans, and will even telI you something does not need to be replaced because what is existing is still good (when easily he could have just took the money). He will always check with you before doing work that was not discussed in the plan. I was blown away at the craftsmanship of our new patio roof. It turned out more beautiful than I was expecting.
