Chris was a pleasure to speak with on the phone when I booked my appointment, and Wayne was a pleasure to deal with when he showed up to stretch the carpet in our master bedroom. We booked him to just do the master bedroom but he tried to get as much as the carpeting in the hallway straightened out at the same time. Did a great job and would happily call them again in future.

Not only was Chris so friendly, and kind, he did a fantastic job. I called it sorcery actually, at how well he fixed up my carpets. My cat had scratched them up pretty bad, but as a renter, I was hoping for my pet deposit, and I'll get it now because of him. I highly recommend Chris! Worth every penny.

Chris Is competent, reliable and his price is completely fair. Our carpet had two annoying large ripples in it… it was Installed about seven years ago and we had no idea how to fix it but it was a real eyesore. He fixed the problem and it is perfect now. He is such a professional and trustworthy individual to deal with - do not call anybody else this person knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend!!! Wayne repaired the cat scratched and rippled carpet to perfection. Every detail was taken into account, even lighting and preserving closet carpet. Price was excellent value for too. Can't say anything bad at all. Excellent job!

We recently had Carpet Repairs Only patch up the carpets in our upstairs bedrooms from a dog chewing it. Wayne did a wonderful job patching up all the ruined bits of carpet by using carpet from our closet that we never look at anyhow. The work looks amazing and the carpets look brand new. I wish we would have done this sooner! Carpet repairs only has wonderful customer service and great rates. We would use them again in a heartbeat.
