Good quality carpets and good customer service. The owner Manpreet is nice to deal with. Had a little issue with the installer, he dint clean after the job finished but cant blame the company for his mistake.

We were extremely happy with Carpet Gallery's product and and service. They removed all original carpeting and underlay, prepped floor for new laminate and carpets(in bedrooms & stairs). Looks beautiful. One note is that communicating arrival time could be improved

Very happy with the service of Carpet Gallery. Manpreet and his team was very helpful and knowledgeable. We wanted to install luxury vinyl planks and Manpreet gave us solid suggestions and steered us away with having them on the stairs as the nosing wouldn't be as sturdy. He suggested carpet stairs instead and was very patient in explaining pros/cons of each product and helpful with colour matching. He came and did measurement in advance and provided a detailed quote. The job was well done based on the quote and he provided after care service as well for scratches and dents as results of construction. We are very happy with the overall experience.
