The owner and the salesperson at the store are both very honest and down to earth type. No fancy words to try to get you buy the expansive/overpriced items - the salesperson, Connie was very helpful in recommending the type of carpet I was looking for and at a extremely reasonable price in comparison to other quotes that I received. Their installation was fast and well done. I ordered the carpet and they installed it for me within 3 days!!! The quality and service were top notch! The store is open for longer hours than other stores, which was great for me because I only have time to come by after work hours. I had an overall amazing experience buying from them. I will recommend them and will buy from them whenever I need carpet/flooring. I love how honest the owner is. Good honest business people here.

Even though I did not make a purchase here, I was greeted and helped with by Hakan. He was incredibly friendly and helpful and helped guide us through several Engineered Wood brands. I wish I made the purchase at Discount Carpet And Flooring, but due to timing and inventory, we went with another alternative.
