From the outset Nigel worked with me to pick out beautiful vinyl plank flooring, decide on extras (help with moving furniture, installing baseboards, caulking), provided an accurate estimate for installation, and made everything happen extremely fast. Nigel’s communication was excellent, the quality of work was beautiful, and the installers were exceptionally efficient and professional. 5|5 stars!

John redefined the meaning of “Customer Service” for us. His hands on involvement through our purchase and installation was more than we could have asked for and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I cannot say enough great things about our experience using Floors Modern. We were in need of replacing all the carpeting on the top floor of our house and fortunately for us, our painter/contractor referred us to Floors Modern. From the beginning to the end, the entire process was handled professionally and smoothly. Our sales rep Nigel, who was an absolutely wonderful man and a pleasure to speak to, came over in person to do a full inspection and presented us with different options. Since the house belonged to my mother who is as senior, budget was one of the main concerns for us. Nigel was fantastic. He knew our concerns and was able to present us with a terrific option for carpeting that not only met our needs but also and our budget. The installation process was equally smooth and professional. 3 installers came over to do the work. They were all very nice, polite and respectful young men. Alejandro was the lead installer, and I will say he was without a doubt one of the nicest tradesperson I have had the pleasure of meeting. I just had to take him upstairs to show him the rooms and they took care of everything else. They moved all the big furniture themselves and ripped out all the old carpet in no time at all. They were able to complete the carpet installation of 4 bedrooms (including the master and hallway) in 1 full day. Before they left everything was vacuumed and cleaned. It was truly a pleasure working with Floors Modern. This is a terrific company with expectational staff who truly take care of their customers. They are offer professional work and outstanding customer service. If you are looking to have some flooring work done or in need of new carpets, please do yourself a favour and hire Floors Modern. You will be very happy you did.

Nigel Rogers was very helpful from the get go. He walked us through the pros & cons of all types of flooring We set up a home visit for a estimate & he arrived promptly We had many hurdles with our strata but Nigel overcame all with his professionalism.
