Our Condominium property signed up with Charter Property Management in Nov.1, 2020 and this was the best move our Directors made in a long time. Six months later all of our outstanding issues from the previous management company have been taken care of. The entire day to day process has been very good, the Charter staff has been very responsive to our requests. The Manager has been excellent to deal with, his experience has been very instrumental with our success in such a short period of time. Our board sees we will be well taken care of in the future. Thanks Nadine, Charter was a great move.
