Our rent had gone up a lot at our apartment so we decided it was time for a change. We didn't have much time to move but Olivia was able to find us a condo in a nice area of the city. She helped us with the mortgage process and she is very caring towards her clients. It was an easy transition and I'm thankful she was there to help. Highly recommend.

We have been using Property Solutions for the past 8 years for real estate transactions and managing our rental properties. Both Kerry and Sandra are very professional in their approach and respond to any questions or concerns promptly. Kerry has been working from out of the country for the last little while but you would never realize that if you were not aware of it as she responds right away and is very well connected with what is happening in the office in Calgary. We have found both of them to be very friendly and knowledgeable, with excellent contacts in the real estate industry and for service repair work. We would recommend them to all our family and friends for any real estate work and would definitely use their services for any future real estate work.
