I have had the opportunity to work with many Property Management Companies over the last 15 years and Keystone Grey is right up there at the top. What a Board needs in a Property Management Company is an effective and responsive partnership....get stuff done when the direction is provided. The property manager we have been assigned is professional, knowledgeable and above all responsive. He takes pride in his work. We changed to Keystone Grey in June 2020 and could not be happier with the service they are providing to us.

We deal with Jeremy & Karen on numerous properties in our portfolio. From a contractor's viewpoint they are wonderful to work with. We take the time to explain concepts to them about building design and they take the time to learn it and further their education to help aid their customers & clients. These two are very active with asking us for updates with calls in regards to their properties which keeps us on our toes.
