Mckinnon Pointe Furnished Flex Term Rentals

I stayed in a condo at this location for approximately (7) weeks. The building is quiet and very clean. The suite itself is nicely appointed and includes all of the necessary items. Patricia is very responsive and made every effort to ensure that my stay was peaceful and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location. Great value and service! Thanks Patricia!

My father needed to stay in Edmonton for an extended period of time following heart surgery. It was great to have a place to call “home” well we were away. The suite was well furnished very clean. Patricia was a pleasure to deal with during the entire two month stay.

The owner was accommodating and responsive. The suite was less upscale than anticipated. It was cute, and cozy though smaller than expected and in basement, unexpected, though we didn't ask. The living room had a very awkward setup for television viewing and the furniture was quite uncomfortable. There were a number of scrapes and markings and chips that we were concerned about for our deposit but that was not a problem. We were there a month and though the floors were carpeted, there was no vacuum, which we really would have appreciated. The unit was quiet and floors in hallways kept clean. The manager responded quickly to any concerns or requests for help. The location and amenities close by were ideal. We would recommend this place for the positive reasons provided your expectations are not to high given the lovely photos.

We really liked our stay at McKinnon point. The suite was beautiful, extra clean, well priced and loaded with amenities. The location was central to everything. We will definitely come back...
