My girlfriend and I started looking a month ago for a property to rent here in the Edmonton area. We started with a few companies (which were horrendous) and ended up dealing with Richard here at McLeod Realty. He met us with short notice on a Sunday, had an application for us to fill out the same evening and had the keys to us four days later.
