I would like to share our experience with this deck contractor. Our 24x 16 multilevel deck was 13 ft above the grade was not a standard one, so we had hard time finding a deck contractor knowledgeable + experienced with the city and the building code. After meeting with 5 contractors, we chose Fedeck. We liked that deck specialist Rustem gave us a detailed consultation with references to the building code and desirable time frame. To be honest quotation was not the lowest one, but we had a feeling that these guys are real professionals capable of completing our complex project. After we signed the contract and drawing prepared by FeDeck's engineer and 8 days of waiting we got the permit. Another 11 days days and our deck was complete. Fedeck guys organized the city inspections and we got 4 inspections reports with final approval by the city. What started like a nightmare turned into a enjoyable experience. I personally recommend this company because it was the only company we liked from the beginning till the completion. Good Luck! I hope this review helps those looking for a deck builder.
