Update: Got contacted by them today and hopefully this situation will be resolved. Thanks for following up with me. Service is not bad, but the selling is extremely aggressive. They don't leave phone messages, they just keep on calling. I literally received 11 calls from them this month and had to block off their number.

My experience with Weed Man started out rocky and my grass became very ''strange'' looking after the first summer application. I contacted the main office in Montreal and I was able to speak to the General Manager. He was incredibly responsive, very professional and he sure knows everything about lawns. They sent a few very professional individuals as well as other technicians to look at my issue. In the end, it was resolved and I am extremely happy with Weed Man. I would highly recommend this team of professionals and thanks to all who helped resolve all my issues!

Very good at communicating prior to a service, or managing a repeat application. They also advise if service is postponed due to weather. Clear indicators as to whether grass can be walked on afterwards. Products are good to maintain a healthy lawn. Owners still have a responsibility to water and care for lawn otherwise it's all for not. Technicians are very polite and seem well trained. Customer service is very nice if you call for anything. Only issue historically is the follow up calls trying to sell additional services. A little pushy. Those seem to have slowed down this summer.

I am very satisfied with Weed Man's service. In particular, I appreciate the knowledgeable, polite lawn technicians. And ... my lawn looks great!
