Nada is a great real estate agent! She really makes you feel like you are being listened to. With so many criteria, it was really difficult to find a place that was perfect. However, Nada managed to find the perfect place close to public transportation, square footage, # of beds|baths, parking, lots of light, high ceilings, and the price! She is great at negotiating because in a seller market, prices usually go above asking, but we managed to not go above asking! Great experience overall.
