James replaced our roof in 2015. In August 2020 we noticed some damage (lifted shingles) on a facet of the roof. We called James and he attended within 2 hours and put in a patch that withstood several hard rains. He and his crew returned a few weeks later and completed the repair with new shingles. Damage caused by animals so it was not a workmanship issue but he made the repair without charge! Great service that stands the test of time. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

I'd give 6 stars if I could. Just excellent quality and service and less expensive than the others. James Swan and his team replaced our roof 7 years ago. I have called for help three times including today, holiday Monday in August and even during a blizzard once, and they always arrive within an hour or two. No charge, no problem, in and out with a smile, problem solved. These are very nice people.

I have never had an issue with this company. Everytime I call, they are quick to answer and always come by the same day to fix any issue I may have. Even with the busy windstorm issues, they came by and fixed my issues with no questions. I recommend this company fully!
