NorthStar Inspections - home inspector

Dave performed a home inspection on a house we were in the process of purchasing. He arrived on time and was very polite and professional. The inspection was very thorough, and he walked us through everything he was doing. He was very friendly and gave us plenty of opportunities to ask questions or ask for clarification. This was our first home purchase and we could not have asked for a better person for the job. We also paid extra for thermal imaging, which we think was definitely worth it. Dave went through the entire house and checked everything. It was also very interesting to watch.
