Nayan is very well aware of his work. He has professional values,gets into every nook and corner to inspect each and everything , my home inspection took more than threehours. He inspects the heating, the air conditioner , roof , walls , water sustem , walls any cracks any leaking , he had infrared to inspect where insulation would not make it visible to inspect easily . even after home inspection he was very helpful for any advise regarding preventive maintenance or any other questions regarding house.
