It's my third time there and staffs are friendly and helpful. Once I noticed a staff who is relatively new but the supervisor and other staff seems to be supportive to him and his customer. Great teamwork.

I understand that there are restrictions due to the virus; however this was my daughter' s first time there to try and get insurance. I tried to explain that and I was asked to step out. When they realised that my daughter needed assistance they let me in. if they had listened in the first place; it might have gone better..
