Great choice for all things HVAC. Gavin is a great facilitator that listens, understands, and meets the needs of the customer. This is key, and the right job for the home will be sure to satisfy the home owner where so often the job is too little or too much overkill or underwhelming. Gavin and his crew are amazing and they bend over backwards to do a professional job with excellent service before and after the job at hand. Not only on time, but they are quick to add an appointment when needed. They were well prepared with pandemic safety procedures as well. Nice! We were provided with a better choice of humidifier, and this was added to a terrific variable speed furnace that better suits our needs. The old furnace removal and new install went smoothly. Recently, Mike and Justin solved a difficult anomaly with a hard to find intermittent noise and, when all was said and done, a motor replacement was promptly taken care of to solve the problem. A service agreement with the existing warrantee was found to be worth the cost. Sometimes, you don’t get the value you paid for. The gang at Provincial Heating are first rate in our books.
