The distillate pump on my furnace|central air conditioner failed so I called Dwayne and left a message on a Sunday. Not an urgent matter at all, as all I needed was the pump that I could install myself. Dwayne calls me back within 30 minutes and then drove out to his warehouse and sold me his last one. Met me at a half way point from where I live and where his warehouse is. Only extra charge was 20.00 on top of the pump that was competitively priced. When the time comes for a new furnace, air conditioner, Dwayne will get the call for sure. Thanks again Dwayne!

I was referred to Dwayne from my son.I called at 4:30 pm to make an appointment he told me the service call price and asked what I was dealing with. He asked if I would be ok if he was an hour to get to my place, not expecting to get same day service. Went above and beyond to help me out - twice. My smart thermostat died and replaced my old thermostat in no time in November. The thermostat company required a letter for warranty purposes, he whipped one up for the company in no time. My circuit board for the fan somehow fried last week and he offered to bring over space heaters in the interim to warm up, till he replaced the part. Found this business by searching on Google for local furnace repair and reading these reviews. Figured I'd add my experience with Element Heating and Air Conditioning because I hope you have a good one too! :)

We hired Element Heating & AC to help install some Nest products we had recently purchased (lock, doorbell camera and thermostat). We were extremely happy with the service provided. Dwayne was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He really went above and beyond.
