We are very pleased with the prompt service for our furnace replacement. The installation staff came prepared and worked quickly with changing the furnace, pipes, plumbing and electric work and new thermostat. They were all mindful of the house and tidied up promptly once their work was completed. The staff was courteous and explained the work they were doing to myself, my mother and my son. Our technician was professional, personable and did his absolute best to source a part very quickly once the issue was known. Direct contact was provided and heat was restored with little no surprises. Fast service, friendly office personal and one really great technician. Had the pleasure of working with Brittany to have a new furnace and hot water tank installed. Received quotes from 5 companies before talking with her and her initial quote was the most competitive without even knowing the other quotes. I was shocked. They came to install right away and were professional and fast and everything has been working amazing since. Awesome service and value. The entire experience from meeting Neil in sales, and the hard work of the installation crew Manny, Jon, Boz and Garrison. Everyone was professional, and respectful of my home and property. Neil did a fantastic job of explaining the work to be done, along with providing a product compatible with our current furnace. The install crew worked great as a team, and had the whole install done in a professional and timely matter. They also took the time to explain what they had done, and operation of the new thermostat. 10/10 on a job well done by all involved.
