I dropped in to purchase a large capacity circuit breaker for my electrical panel and wouldn’t you know the shelves were bare even though their website said stock was available. The sales clerk mentioned to me he sold the last remaining item last week but didn’t seem concerned he couldn’t account for the missing stock. These are $150 items kept in a locked case. Disappointed and ticked off. Thanks for the follow up and thanks to everyone involved expediting the 100 Amp two pole breaker to me. I can now operate my furnace reliably. G

They were having a sale on fire pits. First checked out on their website, then hopped in the car to go buy one. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Look forward to using our new fire pit.

Great store clean and well.stocked. Due to Covid store was deserted but staff were very helpful. Arranged for my order ahead of time from a very helpful and friendly salesperson named Joe at the Portage Ave store and made arrangements to pick up at a different store as it was closer to work. Joe was very helpful and made my shopping experience stress free. Thanks for your service and being there in these trying times
