I'm writing this review before I even received the product, and will update it or provide a new one after it's installed. I just wanted to compliment the folks at Rainaway for their wonderful customer service. When I placed our order, I accidentally gave an old address and didn't notice my mistake until after the product had shipped (which was in less than a week). It was delivered to the old location and sent back via Canada Post, but I had no way to know whether it was lost forever. Linda at Rainaway took the time to call Canada Post, track down the package, and arrange for it to be redelivered to our correct address. Amazing! Thank you, Linda.
