Today was supposed to be our second use of Certified Green Cleaning Inc, but unfortunately the detailed information I gave with my online booking was not passed on to the cleaning team. Therefore the house was not cleaned today, which was very time sensitive as I am extremely allergic to dust. We arranged for the house cleaning to follow the duct cleaning and to be completed before too much released dust went back into the HVAC system. So I am very disappointed with the lack of communication between the administrators of the website/booking and the cleaning teams. I am still giving them 3 out of 5 because the first booking went well. I appreciated the communication I had with the cleaner and the work she and her team did. I will update once I hear a response from Certified Green Cleaning. I hope that they will provide a discount or other acknowledgement of their error and how that affects the effectiveness of our plans to have dust removed from our home.

Certified Green Cleaning Services, have been one of the most efficient and safe cleaning companies I have hired. The price you pay is worth every penny. If you seen the movie ghost busters, these guys come in just like that, The have suitcases and their gloves and equipment I haven't seen before. Their Fogging gun spreads the cleaning liquid and sanitizing liquid with their little uv rays checking after the spray. The service people are friendly and amazing. They are punctual and on time, are courteous and greet you and take your permission before doing anything, which was pretty cool. They ask for extra work(We all like people who take initiative). They are there because they want to clean your house and not because they are forced to. It was easy booking on their website and easy payment on the site as well. One of the best part is my house doesn't smell like chemical after the clean, but the clean is amazing, some parts and places where I couldn't clean they did. Really a great service and great price and great people. Try them without even batting your eyes, if you are looking to get a space cleaned. Look forward for my consecutive cleans.
