We had the best experience with Aleah, Jerry, Glenn, and the whole team at The Floor Show. Aleah made the purchase process so easy, let us take samples home to see them in our space, offered great advice, and scheduled us at the most convenient time for us. Jerry did a quick but thorough quote. We can’t speak highly enough of Glenn and his installation team. They were friendly, hardworking, and got the job done in a day. We love our carpet and are so happy with the finished product.

We have worked with the Floor Show on many occasions and they have always been fantastic. If you want to hire a company who is reliable (will come when they say they will), an expert in what they do (tile and carpet in our case), and will work on your project as if they were doing the work for their own home (being careful with every decision they make and checking their own work), then hire the Floor Show. I never have to worry about what the final outcome will be because the Floor Show always does an excellent job. They have top quality products to choose from. A special thank you to Harriet from the Floor Show for always being such a pleasure to deal with and every installer has been phenomenal (including Greg who worked on our master bath).

We worked with The Floor Show insurance division after some flooding damaged luxury vinyl tile and hardwood in our home. We visited them and were given many options for the tile replacement. We ended up getting a vinyl product that was better than what was in there before. Installation was quick and professional. They also sent someone to refinish the hardwood that was damaged. Floor looks great and we really appreciated how clean they were with containing the sawdust to just the room that was being worked on.
