We have been using Trumax Security services for many years. No matter what the job, they are always prompt and professional in meeting our requirements. Last week we requested an installation of a door handle, lock, storm door lock and closure mechanism. A few hours later we had the job done! Clean, responsive. Incredible quality. I called Trumax to replace my lock. They were quick to respond, very professional and quick to make a minor adjustment a week later. Very professional, prompt and polite service with high quality material. I definitely recommend Trumax Security. Ken followed appropriate COVID measures, I am very happy with their service, and the price was reasonable.

From start to finish, the replacement and addition of a second keypad locking system for our front door and garage were handled professionally and pleasantly. Our locksmith arrived on time, completed the job quickly and when parts had to be ordered kept us very informed about delivery dates and a callback time. The system works perfectly. I highly recommend these guys for any security installations.

We were pleased with the service. It was extremely hot out & the men worked in the heat to change our locks and hand sets. Came right back out when there was a problem. Very polite & professional. Highly recommended.
