Josh Holland is a professional through and through. He took very good care of me when I bought my house. His relaxed but gets-the-job-done personality makes him fun to deal with and he fights to get you what you want. He was willing to arrange viewings and was responsive when I wanted to look at a place. He lways came prepared with infomation about the listing too, which was super helpful. I'd use him again in a heart beat. Thanks again Josh!!
