Beautiful Walkway Needed A Facelift!

This Richmond Hill homeowner really liked the aesthetic of their walkway. Unfortunately the  area around the front entrance had sunken directing water toward there home. We removed effected flagstone, cleaned, repaired and resurfaced concrete walk so water slopes away. We installed new flagstone to match the original stone. Looks amazing!
Crack in the Foundation is No Problem For Us!

It isn’t glamorous but it is important! Friend in Stouffville was having some water issues. We identified the horizontal crack. We cleaned, scratched and removed loose, damaged and dirty wall so the surface was properly prepared for repair. We parged and applied tar sealing the crack and creating a waterproof barrier. No more water problems!
