I needed to convert US currency to Canadian and was getting the runaround at the TD Canada trust with a less competitive exchange rate... i went to the RBC in the adjacent mall and was welcomed as a valued customer. The teller called the bank manager Ms Graziani for special authorization and was given a much better exchange rate vs TD. I was so very impressed with the overall experience ... I opened Canadian and US bank accounts. Good to see customer service in some banking institutions is still alive and well.

amazing experience. 10/10. i went there for a small transaction and left with a lot of great advice. the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, they helped me when i didn't know what to do. the atmosphere there was so great during these stressful times, everyone were wearing masks and i saw frequent cleaning done on the counters and bank machines.
