Hello, I entered into a contract with PRO RENO DESIGN to completely redo my bathroom. We have agreed on a turnkey project. The result is simply magnificent. Sonia, Stéphane and Jean-Pierre have done a professional job. First of all, Sonia met me in order to know my needs and to offer me a construction plan. Thanks to her experience, she was able to optimize the space and offer something that I really liked. Then, we chose all the materials (colors, models, etc ...). On the first day of the work, at the agreed time, Stéphane came with the extraordinary Jean-Pierre, the site manager for my bathroom, to establish the work to be done according to the plans designed by Sonia and Stéphane. At the same time as he was building my bathroom, Jean-Pierre managed the delivery of materials (bath, counters, cabinets), as well as visits from electricians and plumbers. Also, Jean-Pierre always had customer satisfaction as a priority. Whenever a problem arose, he always had a smart solution to offer. In addition, Jean-Pierre worked cleanly and even took care of the recovery of all waste and debris. Finally, the final product was magnificent. I could not have hoped for better. I did not know this company. It was while searching on the internet that I discovered it. I can say that I had no bad surprises. All the points of my contract were respected as well as the deadlines.
