The residence is spacious, clean and bright. The staff are friendly and hard-working. Energetic, upbeat activity coordinators provide stimulating activities. In the care unit, for residents who require assistance such as dementia care, they emphasize movement, walking and exercise which has been great for my Dad. The residence is nicely situated on a quiet street in Lachine. Within a 5 minute walk from the residence, there are beautiful views of the lake and the Teapot 50+ Centre ( a community center with additional activity groups for seniors).

I just want to thank all the staff for taking great care of my mother during these trying times. I have seen and heard the precautions taken for the safety and well being of all residents. Thank you for your dedication and hard work.

Natasha the retirement living consultant was amazing, helping throughout the process of moving my Mom into the residence. She goes above and beyond to make everything right for the move and integration into my Mom's new home. Highly recommend the Belvedere Residence for anyone worried about their parents making the move.

I have been working there for 1 year and I highly recommend it! Great selection of exercises to stay active. Feels like a little community. Located near by water front. 10 min walk from groceries,banks and pharmacies.
