We are very happy with the entire AC installation process by Guaranteed Industries, from the initial consultation and planning phase through the installation itself. Everything went very smoothly and quickly, with all the necessary precautions during the current pandemic. The team working on this was fantastic and did a wonderful job, with minimal impact on the building structure and visual appearance. The installation turned out beautifully and everything works perfectly. We are very happy with the result. Thank you!

My experience with Industries Garanties has been very positive. Richard is responsive and knowledgable. During the initial visit he laid out various options based on the layout of my condo and gave me the pros and cons for each option. My condo board is picky and gave me a few restrictions, so Richard found a solution to ensure that we comply to those restrictions. He was quick to send me documents that my board required for any work being done. His installation team was punctual and they were all professional, polite and friendly. Their work was efficient, clean and well done. The units cool my condo even better than I had anticipated and I am very satisfied with everything. I definitely recommend Industries Garanties.

Realy good commercial service they have a lot of qualified technician. One of the biggest and oldest hvac company in Montreal. Not the cheapest but you pay for what you get. You can trust them for good work

Informed, low pressure approach to sales. No attempt to “Up sell”. Peter Shapiro has been extremely helpful in advising on the system to purchase, expediting it’s delivery and insuring problem free instillation. The installers were professional, polite and neat. The entire experience so far leaves me confident in my purchase and pleased that I had the work done by Guaranteed Industries. Cheapest purchase price isn’t always the best buy and my experience with Guaranteed Industries proves the point.
