Helped me sort out which PTAC unit I needed to replace my failed 12 year old unit. Unit arrived on time and fit the existing sleeve. Pleasure to deal with, response was good, said what he was going to do and did what he said.

Excellent service. My air conditioner broke down on a Sunday, I called on Monday and they were able to send people out right away to repair a broken motor and fan. They had all the parts in stock, were considerate, cleaned up afterwards and did a great job!

I was searching for a specific air conditioner and could not find anywhere online, Mid City was recommended to me buy a friend. I called and spoke to the owner, who was very nice and helpful. The service was prompt and great prices. The shipping was fast and the unit was exactly as described. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy or rent an air conditioner for the summer. I also rented a unit for my office in the summer, service was excellent, and I didn’t have the hassle of trying to store and maintain the unit in the winter, Thanks.
