I needed someone to remove my ac unit off my balcony temporarily. I was quoted up to 850$ from other companies. Polar bear came and did the job quickly for under 300$. They guy who came was polite, worked efficiently and neatly. Would definitely hire them again.

Very accessible on the phone and by email throughout the sales process. Technicians were friendly and professional, and worked very hard to complete what turned out to be a bit of a complicated installation. Very reasonably priced. If the after-sales support is as good as everything else, then I will be a very happy customer.

Great, complete, meticulous, personalized and professional service from the Polar Bear team. The installation was led by Anthony Woo and he went above my expectations with the service and expertise he offered. The installation was done on a timely manner, great attention to details and the team did a great job. They made sure to clean up after the installation and surpassed our expectations. Their pricing is probably the best in the market right now. I can tell as I have shopped around quite a few places. The owner Sam will also go great lengths to accommodate your budget and needs. They honored their promotions and promises, and delivered on the job. Anthony did a great follow-up post installation and made sure nothing was amiss. I absolutely recommend their services.

Eddy was a young engineer/tech who arrived on time, was incredibly polite and courteous, kept his mask on at all times, took his shoes off and took all precautions to respect our home. He was also very thorough in cleaning the AC units and tackled the very steep staircase unit that other cleaning companies had not dared to. He was super knowledgeable and great at his job. Our ACs now work like they’ve never done before! He explained what he was doing as he was fixing the unit and showed us the dirt and mould and how he was cleaning it etc as he worked. He was able to recommend various upgrades and answer all our questions. We will definitely go with them when we do our renovations and want to go for central AC. I highly recommend Polarbear for all your AC/heating needs. You can completely trust them with your space and your home.

Great work. Professional staff. Considerate service. They wore masks the entire time, disinfected the surfaces they touched and left the place spotless. Not to mention they did a great job with the air conditioning system. Very happy customer!
