We were very happy with the professionalism of the technician. The reason we're not giving 5 stars is because we found them expensive. 1 hour and 45 minutes of labor turned into 2 and a half hours on our bill, with rounding the actual work time to 2 hours and adding 30 minutes of transporation time (although Sako's headquarters are located literally 1 minute drive from our house). We know that their professionalism is worth the labor cost, however we would have felt better paying for the actual time without the extras. This is the second time we are using Sako's services, and we didn't get the same impression the first time.
