Since I shared my plans to buy my first condo with Jonathan , he dedicaded himslef to supporting me. His knowledge of the market, his negotiation skills and patience immediatly caught my attention and I decided to work with him ! I know I might not be the easiest buyer :P but smoothly we did manage to find what made me really satisfied. Jonathan's network in the industry extends beyond real estate. His professional relations with insurance and mortgage brokers helped me a great deal. I strongly recommend working with him.

Jonathan recently helped me to purchase my new condo. I had no experience to do this process but luckily he was there for the whole process. Personally I was looking for a realtor who can act fast (specially visiting properties, making and offer) , being trusted and can negotiate the prices on my behalf. After looking at a couple places we made an offer on my condo. For all the formal communications, he is using online tools and technology which really removes the overhead in this process. I highly recommend Jonathan.
