They arrived on time. They constantly revealed they knew what they were doing. They were efficient, courteous, conscientious, and cleaned up all detritus. Have recommended JW to neighbours and friends. We now have an efficient gas water heater, two toilets that flush as wished and a fancy faucet set. It was to learn pedestal sinks may look great but require knowledge and expertise to replace parts.

I called JW when there was a torrential downpour and my drainage ditch was clogged. They responded quickly and explained patiently what was needed to fix the problem and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend.

JW has been a lifesaver so many times I have lost count. They are professionals in all aspects, from customer service to specialist technicians. After a particularly messy job, the technician left the whole work area spotless. I was also saved money by the advice given on repairs.

Their phone-answering staff- Olga, Alice, and Cindy are very helpful and are delightful to deal with - and they work tirelessly to resolve any problem I might have.
