The stop-gap had a problem, it’s was blocked and had old rusted screws. A family friend who is an experienced plumber didn’t want to touch it for fear of breaking them. Lafleur plumber came, he got his coworker to come and he fixed it. He even gave me good tips on the water heater. Fixed also a missing in the toilet for free. He adjusted the price cause the receptionist was absent that day and he had to take calls. Great service.

The plumber was late. I called the company to find out what time I should be expecting someone. I got an apology for the lateness and was told that someone would be sent in a couple of hours. When the plumber arrived, he was extremely professional, polite, clean, very quick, and did an excellent job. The price I was charged was very reasonable too. I would call them again if I need a plumber, just because I really loved the service I received once the plumber arrived.
