Sam was there when nobody could. Great service, quality work in a very reasonable time. Highly recommend!

I had an emergency on hand, gave Sam a call, my first time using him and I was very happy with his response time, workmanship and pricing. Especially his workmanship. His years of experience and honesty was a blessing. I would definitely recommend Sam and use him again.

Sam the plumber is the one I will be calling if I have another problem. He knows what he is doing, he is fast and does not over charge.

Great person with alot of experience, called for an emergency on Saturday and was there in 30 minutes, my kitchen sink was blocked and “snaked it”, changed a seal that was broken, everything was done under one hour.

Things took a turn for the worse when I was out of town and didn't pay Sam instantly! He threatened to double my bill and demanded cash vs the e-transfer we had agreed on. Very very rude behaviour from both him AND his wife. I hadn't even seen the invoice and his wife refused to text me the total after sending me the email address for an e-transfer. Very strange behaviour from a trades person. He even showed up at my house to bother the tenants. He did the work Saturday. On Wednesday he called me demanding I send my assistant to meet him right then. I'm not interested in ripping him off. All I wanted was to be able to pay e-transfer, as agreed. Original: Sam is an excellent, fair and timely plumber. We had an emergency on a Saturday and he arrived by noon. He took care of the situation and as far as I can tell charged a very fair price. I would recommend Sam The Plumber! Thanks Sam!
