The apartments are really affordable and nice. The administrator, Maria is really caring and helpful, she also gives a chocolate everytime you go to her. I would really recommend this place.

Best-value apartments with good locations in Montreal! Your experience will be depending on the building you are in because each has different management. Ours (Clark building) was a nice well-maintained building with responsive manager. There was a deposit for first month rent and the electronic card key but that's standard in Montreal

I lived in their building in Mackay street for 2 years. The price is reasonable for a downtown apartment, and the studio units are clean, spacious and warm in winter. The downsides are narrow corridors (with 4 unit doors right next to each other), thin walls, and a very small laundry room with a few old washers/dryers which is not enough for a high-rise building. The maintenance and management is good, especially the lady who works in the office (Maria) is very friendly and caring. If you need anything she is there to help and respects all the tenants. Overall, I was satisfied with the building/apartment.

Best value downtown! I could not find a better location, I am a student at Concordia University and the building (2150 Mackay) is located across the street from the campus. My apartment is nicely renovated with quality finishes. The common areas are very clean. I dealt with Maria the rental agent, she is amazing and was very helpful through the moving process!
