I have had a good experience with them. I think snow removal is not an exact science and one must help out the contractor by removing obstacles and marking stuff. Its not very expensive a service when you think about it. Try going a season on your own. And as for fertilizers, ive had no problems. One can opt out of this as well . Every company ive had and the city at some point has been imperfect. I think one must have reasonable expectations. Ive had PJC for 2 years, and no damage done.
