Have been with Rick’s for over 20 years. Last year the service changed completely. They used to come early morning before we left for work then at least once after during the day. We decided to give them a chance this year again. Our driveway is a mess! Not sure if they passed by with the latest snowstorm but haven’t seen them back at all. Maybe they need to hire and/or train their drivers. No issues when I call people answering the phone are nice, pleasant & professional. UPDATE: called today and they came by to clean our driveway and did a good.
