From the day I called Lakeshore Roofing to today and met Nick Economou, I knew I was in good hands. I had purchased my home in 2017 and the roof leaked in 2018. I found the old owner’s receipt from Lakeshore Roofing from 2005 and gave them a call to see if they could help - Nick was there the next day on my roof, checking for the issue and sealing it. After fixing my roof temporarily, Nick mentioned it was in pretty bad shape even though it was only 13 years old. He explained to me that there was a Class Action Lawsuit against the shingles company which I could participate in even if I did not pay for the roof initially. He guided me through that process A-Z, provided insights and even took pictures for me. Incredible service. This professionalism gave me sufficient confidence to order a new roof from Nick & Lakeshore Roofing while I filed my claim which would partially offset the costs. I would recommend Lakeshore Roofing & Nick to my family and therefore to anyone looking for expert advice when it comes to their roof. Major issues like a roof caused me some anxiety but Nick & crew alleviated that immediately. Highly recommend them!

One word to describe @lakeshoreroofing is efficiency! From A to Z my experience was a positive one. I had signed a roofing contract in fall, 2019 and was worried about what would happen after the pandemic. Catherine in the office is so thorough and organized, no confusion about my contract and I was put as a priority for spring 2020. The work team is also very punctual and clean. They took care of all my pots, flowers and plants around the house before starting the work AND full clean up after the job was done. Nick then came a couple of days later for a full inspection and follow up. If you are looking for a painless and stress free roofing experience Lakeshore Roofing is the way to go, you'll experience top professionalism in Montreal.

Having originally grown-up in construction when I was a little younger, I know the difference between quality workmanship and the many fly-by-night roofers that are out there.
