Competent key copy, polite service. Greene could make me 3 copies of a key that another locksmith failed (his key didn't work). Very satisfied. The only downside that I can see is how someone with reduced mobility would be able to climb the stairs, since it's 2nd floor. But that is the building's responsibility, not Greene's.

I have been using Greene locksmiths for years and am always impressed by their honesty, professionalism, and excellent service. Recently called for a service call because my lock was sticking. I got great advice over the phone on how to remedy the problem myself-- worked like a charm. Thank you Greene locksmiths for saving me the cost of a service call. Not too many service providers would do the same.

I called Greene Locksmith because I couldn’t open a locked gate. I thought for sure they would send someone to change the lock a few days later. But instead I was given a 2 step solution which took about 2 minutes to fix ( including finding the hammer). I am In awe of the customer service that was extended. The lock works perfectly now and I can safely exit my property. I will always now call Greene Locksmith for whatever I need. I’m sorry I didn’t in the past.
