Mario est arrivé chez nous et rien ne fonctionnait au niveau de la porte. Il a sur voir et identifié tous les problèmes rapidement. Ce monsieur est un perfectionniste. Il a ensuite trouvé des solutions pour chacun des problèmes liés à la porte et à la serrure... et plus encore. Il travaille minutieusement, vite et super bien ! Il a su dépasser nos attentes ! Très très rare ce genre de service en 2018 !

Mario came to change my locks , he did a wonderful job . He was understanding to my dilemma , he was also courteous and very professional . 5 stars for service .

The service was rapid and the job was done very well within 15 minutes counting from the time he arrived.I was recommended to this place from my customer but I don’t say that i will not recommend anyone to this place, if I do, i will tell them to ask for the estimation and the price first. I didn’t think the price was that so high, that’s why i didn’t ask for the estimation because,i had it done same thing last two years ago elsewhere was half the cost i paid.Honestly, I like the service but it was a ripped off for me.This time I paid $305 just for a regular door handle and the mechanism inside(not a lock),lock is extra money.
