The space is amazing! Super clean, modern and minimalistic loft apartment that is actually in a great location even though it’s not downtown. It was very easy to move around the city and we made it into downtown with ease. The agency was helpful in accommodating us even though we missed our original check in night due to a snowstorm that prevented us from arriving then. Service was prompt and the process of utilizing the facility was seamless. I am definitely staying here again when I return in May. Thanks Alex!

I was a little hesitant since we were arriving at 10 PM and there are no employees at the property. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of use! The check-in institutions emailed to me were very clear and informative! We arrived at our apartment without a hitch. The apartment blew me away! I saw the pictures online and was blown away. In person, it was exactly what I expected and more. The apartment was tastefully furnished and surpassed my expectations for sure! It truly felt like home while staying in Montreal! The staff were very quick to respond via text message while staying at the apartment. A simple favor of asking for more Nespresso pods resulted in a knock at the door, a friendly smile, and an invitation to take as many as I’d like. I was very impressed by the ease of use, beautiful apartment, and outstanding customer service. I will for sure be booking with Simplissimmo the next time I’m in Montreal!

Great place and great location. Owners are quick to respond to email/text in case of any issues. Also staff, such as Alex, reassured us that a glass that was accidentally broken would be replaced by the cleaning crew with no issues. Will be returning in the future. 🙂
