Out of all the websites we're syndicating to through RentSync, we've rented the majority of our units through Rentals.ca. We don't list any units without having their photography, 3D tours and ''for-rent'' keys sign for our buildings accompanying our listings. We get the highest reply rate from them, leads are qualified and applicants are usually very respectable and desirable. Looking forward to what the future holds for them, they've grown a lot especially in Montreal since last year. See the lead quantity and views they provided us attached.

This made the move from Toronto to Montreal seamless. Using a bunch of other rental sites you can really tell they put a lot of effort in making the site user friendly. I'm glad to see there is a company out there getting away from the archaic real estate/rental mold and is providing users with something simple and yet unique.

I’ve used Rentals.ca for 2 years now and have found it very professional. As a student it can always be challenging to find the right place but rentals.ca has helped me out a lot as a student in Ottawa to find an affordable Place as well as takes the stress off of trying all these different websites to find places. Loving the place I’m in but Will use them next time I’m looking for a place!
