I don’t have an ac with them and they’re probably a good company. My 3 stars is more for the agent who I spoke too didn’t seem he wanted my business, the unit I was interested in he told me before ever seeing my house, my guys won’t do the job but if It’s that unit you really want try another company. Sorry Click air 3 stars is the best I can give you without being a client of yours, but I tried.

This place hasn't been so comfortable since ever! Had to replace old water-cooled system that was never properly configured. Click-Air replaced part of the ductwork, and made the remaining ducts work as they should have originally. Installed new central furnace with an additional wall-mount in the master. Work was done efficiently, all of the staff were very polite and considerate, and all of my concerns were addressed. Going to be getting them back for annual maintenance and duct cleaning.

We received excellent service from Vince on securing our preferred heat pump amidst these challenging times in 2020. The quote, and arrangement of installation were all professionally done as was his willingness to answer all our questions. The job was carried out on time and in a professional manner by Steve and coworker. Thank you. Would use them again!

My experience with Vince at Click Air was excellent! He took the time to educate us on the difference between the various manufacturers, efficiency ratings and how conditioners work so we were able to choose the best product for our needs. A real straight shooter of the highest integrity. Once we made our selection, an appointment was booked for the installation and because of an opening in the schedule, he was able to deliver and install two weeks early then promised (in the middle of a heat wave). We didn’t just get a new air conditioner, we got a major upgrade to our cooling system which performs much better than our previous system and will save us money due to its efficiency and superior ECOBEE Thermostat included in the install.
