The folks at JCD Refrigeration are excellent to deal with ... from Chris in sales who got back to me the same day I requested a quote, to the Service team (Julien, Jonathan, Brendan and Paul) who did an awesome job with the installation and going overview the new system. Thank you all for your excellent customer service!! Highly recommend these guys!!

JCD Refrigeration saved my business! I cannot express how grateful I am for JCD and everyone I dealt with, from the man who answered the phone to the technicians/workers everyone was really great and such a pleasure to work with. I have a small business and my AC suddenly stopped working overnight but thanks to them they were able to get my AC up and running extremely quickly and were so easy to work with., Thanks again for keeping us cool!

The technician who came over named Christopher D. Was incredibly professional and pleasant. Always had a smile on his face and knew exactly what needed to be done. As my 1st experience with JCD Refrigeration, I am extremely pleased with their employees and customer service. I will surely be recommending them to my friends and family.

Our heat pump and electric furnace were replaced today by JCD Refrigeration. I am extremely impressed with their professional service and kind attitude toward our family's situation. Without heating, they arrived around noon time, and promised they could install the entire system the next morning. I was quite shocked by this, but the next morning they started at 7:30 and worked without stop all day. Our old system was aging and we are very happy to have the new machines in place. They took great care of our home while they were working and the home feels very comfortable now. They are a team of hard working people who honoured their promise to us. Thank you for your great help.
