I went to get a storage locker. The manager Suzanne was super friendly and helpful. She helped me get the right size locker for a good price. They have a lot of promotions as well because I shopped around ahead of time . The place was very clean and service was really good. Highly recommend this place.

sales office (central) and local offices need to ensure collaboration on information disseminated to new customers. having said that, the staff on-site in St-Lambert worked efficiently to assist once the confusion was cleared up

According to their records I've been renting since 2005 and always considered the in-residence property managers to be 5 star service guys. Today, January 24, 2018 I give the current management one star because I was astonished when I arrived this afternoon to my twin storage units 113/114 in St-Lambert finding the ice caked snow not cleared from the doors of the ground level units. I can remember the snow always being cleared by the in-residence managers. They shoveled and snow blow away the snow for entry. Now they're gone. The 2 ladies in the front office said the snow clearing had always been the responsibility of the renters..Then why are they clearing the snow in front of the common garage door for renters who are paying far less than we are at the ground level with 9' x 24' units? The management is simply cutting corners and annually sending notice of rent increase with no regard to customer loyalty or satisfaction. From what I can access today,, their style not what it used to be YEARS ago! Update January 25, 2018 After having read my review this morning, I got a phone from the Property Manager saying that after checking with head office, the snow should have indeed been cleared as usual from all the ground level doors. She was very apologetic and offered me an incentive that immediately puts their services back with 5 stars.
